To the problem of the systematization of objects of causing property damage according to the curreut Criminal code of Ukraine

The issues of the day of criminal, leqal protection of property are analysed in the article, and foremost - property as an object of a crime. Attention on the necessity of account applies in the criminal law of the renewed maintenance of such object coming from society and economical, and political realities. The author variant of systematization of objects of causing of property damage is offered.В статье анализируются актуальные проблемы уголовно-правовой защиты собственности, прежде всего собственности как объекта преступления. Обращается внимание на необходимость учета, в уголовном праве обновлённого содержания такого объекта исходя из социально-экономичных и политических реальностей.
