Development of legislation of Ukraine about the personal peasant economies

In the article development is analyzed legislation of Ukraine about the personal peasant economies. As a result of research the selection of the followings periods of development of the indicated legislation is offered: of times of the USSR; after proclamation of independence of Ukraine and to 2003 years; from 2003 and to today.В статье анализируется развитие законодательства Украины о личных крестьянских хозяйствах. В результате исследования предложено выделение следующих периодов развития указанного законодательства: времен СССР; после провозглашения независимости Украины и до 2003 г.; с 2003 г. и по сегодняшний день
