Functions of Tactical Decisions in criminalistics

In the article a concept is investigated «function» as it applies to tactical decisions in criminalistics. Attention on determination of functions of tactical decisions is accented, for complete and all-round research of the last. The declared problem is not investigated in criminalistics literature. Its separate aspects found embodiment in works of such scientists, as: R. S. Belkin, А. V. Ishenko, V. Е. Konovalova, V. М. Shevchuk, V. Yu. Shepitko and others. Aim of the article is determination of concept of «function» of tactical decisions, their kinds and value, at the choice of direction of tactical influence in the process of investigation. In the article etymology of term «function» is considered and its essence is exposed as it applies to develop the tactical decisions by criminalistics. The analysis of functions of criminalistics and separate categories of criminalistics tactics is carried out, such as: version; tactical reception; tactical operation. Attention is accented on possibility of adaptation of separate functions of criminalistics and its categories to the tactical decisions. Classification over of functions of tactical decisions is brought coming from the orientation of tactical tasks arising up in the process of investigation of crimes. The basic functions of tactical decisions are the following: а) cognitive; b) administrative; c) regulatory; d) organizational. These functions are exposed: to prosecuting an inquiry of crimes on the whole; to realization of separate inquisitional action; to realization of tactical operation. The enumerated variants of display of functions of tactical decisions are in criminalistics, interpreted in the article to the nascent situations of investigation. As it applies to an organizational function, the decisions sent to its implementation are named. The analysis of functions of tactical decisions allowed drawing conclusion at the presence of their intercommunication and interconditionality with the functions of criminalistics and its separate categories. In the article attention is accented on that at investigation of crimes correct determination of the adopted functions assists an optimal choice made decision.Розглянуто поняття «функція» тактичних рішень у криміналістиці. Проаналізовано функції криміналістики та її окремих категорій. Акцентовано увагу на взаємозв’язку функцій криміналістики і функцій тактичних рішень. Наводиться класифікація функцій тактичних рішень виходячи із спрямованості тактичних завдань, що виникають у процесі розслідування, і розкрито їх сутність. Вказується, що при розслідуванні злочинів правильне визначення зазначених функцій сприяє оптимальному вибору тактичних рішень.Рассмотрено понятие «функция» тактических решений в криминалистике. Проанализированы функции криминалистики и ее отдельных категорий. Акцентировано внимание на взаимосвязи функций криминалистики и функций тактических решений. Приводится классификация функций тактических решений исходя из направленности тактических задач, возникающих в процессе расследования, и раскрыта их сущность. Указывается, что при расследовании преступлений правильное определение названных функций способствует оптимальному выбору тактических решений
