Social psychological determinants of forming of trajectories of professional development of personality

The mechanism of forming of trajectories of professional development of personality opens up in the article. The conducted analysis went out from that a central category which removes essence of co-operation of man and profession is professional development. He can be examined as a fundamental process of change of man, as explanatory principle of becoming of professionalism and as a value of professional concord. It is well-proven in the article, that professional becoming of specialist in a large measure conditioned by external influences. However directly destroyed he can not be from external terms and circumstances, because they are always broken in two in vital experience of man, it individual features. Показано, що їх детермінантами є психофізіологічні, психологічні, соціально-професійні і соціально-економічні фактори. До психофізіологічних належать фізичні характеристики людини, гендерні та вікові особливості, до психологічних – особливості пізнавальної й інтелектуальної сфери, професійно важливі якості і потенціал особистості. Соціально-професійними факторами є зміст професії, способи виконання діяльності, випадкові критичні події, що впливають на професійний розвиток, а соціально-економічними – умови господарювання, матеріальна винагорода за результатами праці, етнічні особливості, місце проживання тощо. Доводиться, що в процесі становлення професіонала суб’єкт виступає фактором свого розвитку, зміни, перетворення об’єктивних обставин крізь призму своїх особистих властивостей.В статье раскрывается механизм формирования траекторий профессионального развития личности. Социально-профессиональными факторами являются содержание профессии, способы выполнения деятельности, случайные критичные события, влияющие на профессиональное развитие, а социально-экономическими – условия хозяйствования, материальное вознаграждение по результатам работы, этнические особенности, местожительство и т. п.
