A computer program is presented for analyzing the most commonly used gas-turbine cycle configurations from the energetic and exergetic standpoints. The first and second laws of thermodynamics are employed for the evaluation of the energy and the exergy losses. Examples are given to show the influence of the design parameters on the cycle performance
