Srepok 3 Hydropower Plant is located on the terraced hydropower system on the Srepok river, contributing significantly to the supply of electricity to the national grid. In this paper, the authors have conducted a study to construct mathematical model of the governance system of the Srepok 3 hydropower plant on the basis of maintaining the nonlinear nature of the system so that the model is close to reality. Based on a mathematical model and an understanding of the system, operation experience and plant management, the authors propose a method for improving the control algorithm for the governance system of Srepok 3 hydropower plant using fuzzy logic. The effect of the proposed algorithm is tested through simulation on the Matlab/Simulink. ...
