The purpose of this study was to descript of implementation of cooperative learning model of NHT type on arithmetic social class VII Karuna Dipa Palu. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The design of this study discusses the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart consists of four components, namely 1) planning, 2) implementing actions, 3) observation and 4) reflection. The subjects of this study were Grade VII students of Karuna Dipa Palu Middle School who tested 20 students. The study was conducted in two cycles.
