This study is a quantitative study by applying descriptive statistical tests and several stages of data testing analysis, including Validity Test; Reliability Test; Normality Test, Simple linear regression, and F (Simultaneous) test. Sampling was obtained by 40 respondents who were employees of the district office of Tenggarong Seberang. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a likert scale that has 5 alternative answers. Test the validity and reliability of instruments and data analysis in this study using the help of SPSS programs for Windows.
