Thymic Carcinoma (TC) is a rare tumor among the epithelial tumors of the thymus with a challenging diagnosis for pathologists. A case report, a 55-year-old male patient complained of coughing, chest pain, and intermittent shortness of breath for 2 weeks before being referred. Patient underwent radiological examination, surgery, histopathological examination and immunohistochemical examination to reach the definitive diagnosis.
