The current study was conducted to find out the effect of sesame oil on white female rats by studying some biochemical parameters that included vitamin D, parathyroid hormone and calcium ion. The study included 35 animals divided into two main groups divided into groups, each group included 5 animals dosed with different doses 0.5'0.8' 1 ml. The period of dosing was for a month between one day and one day. After the end of the experiment, the animals were sacrificed and the serum was obtained.
