Demand for High Quality Human Resources in the Context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is a trend that creates a strong flow for global economic development that no country can separate from. Along with the opportunities brought by the Revolution 4.0, there are always a number of challenges, especially for developing countries. The Revolution 4.0 brings a common, free and competitive labor market among countries; and within each country, it will also require the increase in the quality of human resources associated with science, technology, expertise and professional skills. The investigation of the current situation and forecasting the demand for high-quality human resources in order to suggest measures to develop and use high-quality human resources is clearly nessessary for Viet Nam in the current context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0
