Dental problems in old age mostly arises from age related factors such as occlusal wear due to attrition and abrasion, loss of teeth due to loss of periodontal support and endodontic involvement of teeth etc. Prosthetic dentistry has created new dimensions in providing esthetic and functional rehabilitation of patients with severely worn-out dentition. This clinical case report demonstrates successful multidisciplinary approach to a full mouth rehabilitation of a patient whose dentition has been esthetically and functionally restored with combination of both fixed and removable prosthesis
