Aerodynamic noise due to the interaction of air flow with the vehicle surface is one of the problems of the automotive industry, as it affects the comfort and safety of vehicle drivers. In this study, aerodynamic noise generated on the surface of passenger cars is evaluated by using numerical method,witn which the aerodynamic characteristics of the vehicles are simulated by commercial software ANSYS Fluent, combined with noise analysis using FW – H models. The results show that aerodynamic noise generated at some points on the vehicle surface has a sound pressure level in the range of 80 90 dB, adversely affecting the health of the driver and passengers if they suffer it for a long time.
