Biomass Fast pyrolysis using fluidized bed technologies for bio-oil production has been widely researched by scientists. However, there has been very limited research on properties of bio-oil in Vietnam's conditions. In this paper, the bio-oil collected from the experimental studies of wood pulp using fluidized bed technologies is analyzed to determine its physical properties and elemental composition. The results show that the bio-oil produced from wood pulp meets the United States of America's ASTM D7544-12 required specifications for fuel oil used for industrial burners. Compared with the TCVN 6239-2002 FO N03 standards of the fuel oil FO, the bio-oil meets indicators of the sulfur content, kinematic viscosity and solidification point. T...
