A Holistic Architecture of Tourist Support and Management Services for the Sustainable Tourism Development Oriented Toward A Smart City in Danang

Currently, \"Smart Travel\" has become a new term describing the application of new technologies such as sensor forms, big data processing technology, new ways of connecting and exchanging information (such as IoT, RFID, NFC) in the field of tourism. This term expresses the abilities which transform digital data into practical and valuable products, creating a new management style for the government, new business abilities of service providers as well as new experiences for tourists. Therefore, in this paper, we will conduct a study on a sustainable and intelligent tourism development model and then propose an overall model of the information system architecture that provides support and visitor management services (Smart Tourist Service Center - STSC) according to a smart city model in Da Nang
