Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Putra Jaya Raharja Solo

In this study the authors have a goal to determine the effect of communication and organizational culture of performance employee of PT. Putra Jaya Raharja Solo either partially or simultaneously. Hypothesis in this research is allegedly communication and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance of PT. Putra Jaya Raharja Solo either partially or simultaneously. The data required in this study is the primary data obtained from questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents and secondary data obtained from the literature. Data analysis techniques used in this study using multiple linear regression, test t, test F and coefficient of determination. The result of data analysis in this research can be concluded that partially organizational culture have no significant effect on employee performance of PT. Putra Jaya Raharja Solo, while communications has significant effect to the performance of employee of PT. Putra Jaya Raharja Solo.
