In this study, the authors used a verificative study or hypothesis test, a study that explains or looks for causal relationships of two or more variables, namely the influence of motivation on performance. The population of this study is the entire Civil Servant of Keledang River Village of Samarinda Seberang Subdistrict which numbers 27 people. All populations are responded to using census methods.
