Research on Factors That Affect the Building of Smart City in Ho Chi Minh City

Urban planning, managing and operating that ensures sustainable eco-social and environment development will be the challenges that all countries must face in this 21st century. Managing and improving the quality of cities requires insights into what is going on inside each municipality, which can only be achieved by changing approaches to authorities' governance, community engagement, as well as involvement of stakeholders responsible for administering them. Therefore, converting "Traditional Cities" into "Smart Cities" is a necessity. This study will identify the likely influenting factors and the influential level of each factor to the building of smart city in Ho Chi Minh city
