Effects Of Student Feedback On Teaching Activities Of Lecturers/teachers

Student feedback on teaching is an important information source in the process of teaching evaluation in higher education. This is the source of objective information and direct evaluation of teaching activities of lecturers; however the use of feedback to evaluate teaching activities is still new in practice and it has not been evaluated effectively.The result of the research indicates that student feedback has a profound impact on teaching activities of lecturers. The criteria of teaching methods and means- materials for the teaching process, organization and maintenance of teacher-student relationship are most affected by student feedback whereas the teaching contents as well as teachers' method of testing and assessment are less affected
