Conventional 1500 Watt (1.5 kWh) immersion rod water heater takes 40 to 45 minutes to heat water up to 80 to 90 degree Celsius and consumes almost 1100 to 1500 watts of electric energy. First of all, heater coil heats up to 70 to 80 degree Celsius and consistently water in contact with this coil get heated but water away from coil takes time to heat. That means water near coil is hotter than water away from coil. Objective of this project is to eliminate this uneven heating of water. In this project, we are designing water heater with stirrer for even heating of water. First of all we will design and analyze different stirrer profile using CAD and analysis software. After analysis we will manufacture efficient and effective stirrer profile....
