Public libraries, already a major center of efforts to increase access to digital resources and information literacy, have undergone many changes as a response to COVID-19 lockdowns and the resulting integration of new forms of technology and interaction into public life. This content analysis of programs offered by three North Carolina public library systems examines how the number, audience, format, and content of programs has undergone changes from 2020 to 2022, and demonstrates how COVID-19 continues to have an ongoing effect on the current state of the library in 2022 and beyond.Master of Science in Library Scienc
