The service quality of the health care sector has become a concern for the whole society. For the service quality at hospitals, there are few studies researching on measurement scales, analyzing and applying solutions to the improvement of service quality to satisfy patients. This study will focus on building and testing a scale and assessing health care service quality. The study results will help hospitals with service quality assessment and provide a complete picture of the current service quality, improving such a service and enhancing competiveness in business environments today, meeting health service requirements in bringing satisfaction to patients in addition to good treatment and cure
