The article describes rare cases from the practice of pediatric orthopedist-traumatologist. Modern household appliances are often the reason for children to receive significant and severe injuries that increase the risk of disability for life. The peculiarity of the child's body is that at different ages the same traumatic force causes completely different results, which must be taken into account in the practice of traumatology.
