In the high-pressure casting process, calculating the metal flow with a guaranteed speed, a reasonable temperature ensures that the metal is simultaneously injected into the mold cavity, filling all the corners, grooves, and positions. This paper presents a simulation method to calculate the metal flow in the mold. The results show that the metal flow rate and temperature affect the product quality. The simulation results in the survey area demonstrate that when the flow rate v = 0.7m/s, the flow temperature T = 650°C, the solidifying time is the smallest, the shrinkage is reduced and the blowhole is located in the feeder head area. This results help to evaluate and adjust technological and geometrical parameters such as channel cross-secti...
