A three-phase electronic meter is capable of recording load parameters such as current, voltage, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor cos. This paper studies the use of load parameters recorded in the meter to calculate and classify the status quo of the operation of load substations such as being asymmetric, partial loaded - overloaded, overcompensated - lack of compensation, which help to support technical management. With a remote metering statistics collecting system available, the author has developed a program that calculates and gives out the results via Microsoft Access.
