Hubungan Antara Adversity Quotient Dan Dukungan Sosial Terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi Pada Mahasiswa Dalam Menyelesaikan Skripsi Di Fakultas Psikologi

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between adversity quotient and social support on achievement motivation of students who are completing their thesis at the Faculty of Psychology UMS. The population of this research is students who are completing their thesis as many as 381 students. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of students taking a thesis at the Faculty of Psychology and aged 21-25 years. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection using google form. The measuring instrument used is the adversity quotient scale, social support scale, and achievement motivation scale.
