Analisis Mobilitas Sirkuler Pekerja Asal Wonogiri Ke Jakarta

Wonogiri in addition to having a large population, its growth is also still high. With a high rate of population growth, it means that the growth of the labor force is also high. Wonogiri is a fast developing area in terms of social and economic progress. However, the management has not been fully organized properly. Migrant destination areas are urban centers which are centers of economic activity. The research method is a survey of information obtained directly to respondents by distributing questionnaires. The results of the information collected from part of the population are considered sufficient to represent the entire population. This study uses two data, namely primary and secondary data. The object of this research is workers from Wonogiri who carry out circular mobility to Jakarta by bus. Characteristics of respondents include name, age, address, marital status, gender, last education, type of work, place of work, monthly income. Characteristics are used to determine how productive respondents are in doing circular mobility. Crowds and traffic jams are very rare so they feel safe and peaceful. Behind the beautiful and friendly Wonogiri City there are factors that encourage respondents to carry out circular mobility to the capital city, namely the narrow job opportunities in the Wonogiri area. 1. Most of the respondents move to DKI Jakarta due to economic and income factors. 2. For circular mobility actors to carry out mobility in other areas, more job opportunities and it is easier to find work in the destination area is the main pull factor, in carrying out the secular mobility of the population 3. The distribution pattern of mobility is found in big cities in DKI Jakarta consists of Central Jakarta, Jakarta, East, West Jakarta, South Jakarta
