Analisis Faktor Risiko Ergonomi Dengan Metode Rula Terhadap Upper Limb Disorders Pada Pekerja Batik Tulis Di Griya Batik Talita Polokarto, Sukoharjo

Written batik is a traditional cloth whose process is still carried out in the previous way that has not paid attention to Occupational Health and Safety, written batik workers have complaints on the upper body as a result of a job as well as ergonomic risk factors that can affect the emergence of upper limb disorders. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between ergonomic risk factors in hand-drawn batik workers and upper limb disorders with the RULA method on hand-drawn batik workers at Griya Batik Talita Polokarto. This research method is quantitative observational analytic using a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling with a total of 50 workers as respondents. Measurement of work posture using RULA method and measurement of upper limb disorders using Nordic Body Map. Data analysis in this study used the Spearman Rank test with a Sig level = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that the RULA method with a low risk level of 68.0% and respondents experiencing upper limb disorders with a low risk of 74.0%. The results of statistical tests showed that the p value (0.00 < 0.05) and (r = 0.58). The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between ergonomic risk factors and upper limb disorders with a strong enough level of strength indicating a positive relationship. It is recommended that the owners of the written batik industry provide more ergonomic chairs for their workers to reduce the incidence of upper limb disorders
