This study aims to determine the direct effect of inflexibility of working hours, workload and work environment on employee performance, as well as the indirect effect of inflexibility of working hours, workload and work environment on employee performance through work stress. The population of this study were employees of PT Solo Murni and the sample studied was 98 respondents. The sampling technique used the solvin formula. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS whose calculations are assisted by the smart-PLS3.2.9 program. model analysis is done by analyzing the outer model and inner model.
