This study aims to determine the effect GHRM on environmental performance, as well as the indirect effect of OCBE on environmental performance. The population of this study were employees of the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta and the sample studied was 99 respondents.sampling technique used the solvin. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS whose calculations are assisted by the Smart-PLS 3.3.9 program. The analysis of the model is done by analyzing the outer model and inner model.
