This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, and organizational support on case study organizational commitment at PGRI Kebakkramat District, Karanganyar Regency. This research is a type of research with quantitative methods. The population and sample of this study were 80 members of the PGRI who were already civil servants. Sources of data used in this study is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study prove that the variables of organizational culture, leadership style, and organizational support have a significant effect on organizational commitment
