Analisis Kinerja Keuangan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah (Studi Perbandingan Sebelum dan Saat Pandemi Covid 19)

This study aims to describe, and find out the financial performance of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Financial performance assessment was carried out using financial ratios, namely: Return on Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operational Costs and Operating Income (BOPO), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL). The type of research used in this study is a descriptive type of research using a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data in the form of the annual report of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah before and during the 2017-2021 Covid-19 pandemic, where the first case of Covid-19 was announced in March 2020. The results showed that the overall financial performance ratio of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah before the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in fluctuating ratio results, financial performance experienced disruptions to the LDR ratio in 2018 which was in a less liquid condition. Financial performance experienced an increasing trend during the Covid-19 pandemic, but there was a decrease in the NPL ratio so that PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah needs to reduce the level of non-performing loans during the Covid-19 pandemic
