Adolescents are a vulnerable age group when it comes to nutrition. Some adolescents receive insufficient daily intake, particularly in rural areas with low household incomes. Moreover, suppose adolescents' nutritional intake is insufficient and is not addressed immediately until the preconception period; therefore, it will adversely influence the failure of the first 1000 days of life.
