Detection Model for Similar Learning Style Groups – Its Application to Online Japanese Study

Learning a Foreign Language including Japanese in Vietnam is a necessity for cultural, economic and political exchanges with other countries in the world. However, learning foreign languages is often hindered because there are too many different methods or learning sequences, causing learners not to know which one is suitable for each of them. This paper focuses on the development of online learning systems, researches and analyzes foreign language learning groups in which each learner fits in the same way of learning. Experimental results show that different learning groups fit different learning styles. Research has shown that the teaching style used in foreign language universities is appropriate for the majority but not for all learners. This research is the foundation for the application and development of the Japanese language learning system
