Remuneration is a reward from company/ institution for their employees [3]. There are some conflicts between employee and employer. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of motivation and remuneration on performance from employee perspective. The sample technique is convenience sampling. Data were analysed using WARP PLS 5.0. The result shows motivation significantly influence employee performance. Hence the rise of employee motivation will leads to better performance. However, remuneration does not effects performance of employees. This is because that the remuneration is a result.
