This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of alternative diets, and verifies the experience and knowledge of pupils from the 9th grade of primary schools and the 2nd grade of a six-year grammar school in the field of alternative diets and nutrition. The first part of the theoretical discussion explains the basic concepts in the field of nutrition, and briefly describes the most common types of alternative diets as well as medical diets.
