The bachelor thesis contains an overview of theoretical knowledge, orientation in the literature that deals with this topic and processing of patient cases. Methods: The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. For the general part and the special part. The general part is focused on the processing of information related to the diagnosis. The information used in this section is obtained from professional literature and case studies from all over the world. Specifically, this section contains the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the shoulder girdle, general information about fractures of the proximal humerus, treatment options and rehabilitation. Bakalářská práce obsahuje přehled teoretických znalostí, zorientování se v odborné literatuře, která se zabývá touto problematikou a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta. Metody: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. A to na část obecnou a část speciální. Obecná část je orientována na zpracování informací týkajících se diagnózy. Informace, které jsou použity v této části, jsou získány z odborné literatury a odborných studií z Čech i zahraničí. Konkrétně tato část obsahuje anatomii, kineziologii a biomechaniku ramenního pletence, obecné informace o zlomeninách proximálního humeru, možností léčby a rehabilitace. Speciální část obsahuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh terapie, krátkodobé a dlouhodobé cíle terapie, provedení jednotlivých terapií, výstupní kinesiologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče byla zpracována na podkladě bakalářské praxe, která proběhla na Rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky v Praze.
