Limite teórico para o ágio na bovinocultura de corte: viabilidade ligada ao tempo.

The objective of this study was to find a theoretical limit in the percentage of premium for the purchase of animal replacement, this variable is characterized by the ratio between the price of the purchase and the sale of the arroba in a system. This is a parameter that accompany the exchange relationship, indicating the feasibility in the acquisition of the replacement of animals directed to beef cattle. The project was carried out from market research in which the price of animals of different categories was sought, the prices of the cattle fat, along with the collection of average daily gain data (GMD). And after these variables were found, the percentage of premium and discount was obtained. In the present study there were both results and the percentage that would be feasible for the production system in question was determined, and thus a viability limit was found, that is, an equilibrium point in which replacement is feasible at a certain time. The study was conducted from May to July 2022, from data surveys made available in livestock references such as CEPEA and SCOT Consulting and after research, information was organized and tabulated in an Excel spreadsheet. With the results obtained it can be observed that the period in which it was evaluated there was little variation in the prices of both at-the-rate and replacement prices, thus having a stability. In the months evaluated for both nellore and mixed-race animals at a given weight, there was discount, a favorable practice for producers. And another factor to be adopted is that with the parameters used there was premium placed at 20% of the theoretical limit established. For these conditions this limit was established since the producer would have time to offer support for the animal to settle the premium and theoretically obtain better negotiations.Pesquisa sem auxílio de agências de fomentoTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação)O objetivo deste estudo foi encontrar um limite teórico na porcentagem do ágio para a compra da reposição animal, essa variável é caracterizada pela razão entre ao preço da arroba de compra e da arroba de venda em um sistema. Sendo esse um parâmetro que caminha junto com a relação de troca, indicando a viabilidade na aquisição da reposição dos animais direcionados à pecuária de corte. O projeto foi realizado a partir de pesquisas de mercado nas quais foram buscados o preço dos animais de diferentes categorias, dos preços da arroba do boi gordo, juntamente com a coleta de dados de ganho médio diário (GMD). E após encontradas essas variáveis, obteve-se a porcentagem do ágio e deságio. No presente estudo houve ambos os resultados e foi determinado a porcentagem que seria viável para o sistema de produção em questão, e assim encontrado um limite de viabilidade, ou seja, um ponto de equilíbrio em que a reposição seja viável em um certo tempo. O estudo fora feito nos meses de maio a julho do ano de 2022, a partir de pesquisas de dados disponibilizados nos balizadores pecuários, CEPEA e SCOT Consultoria e após as pesquisas organizados e tabulados em planilha de Excel. Com os resultados obtidos pode-se observar que o período em que fora avaliado houve pouca variação dos preços tanto de arroba quando da reposição, tendo assim uma estabilidade. Nos meses avaliados tanto para os animais da raça nelore quanto para os mestiços em um determinado peso houve o deságio, prática favorável aos produtores. E outro fator a ser adotado é que com os parâmetros que houve o ágio teve como 20% o limite teórico estabelecido. Para essas condições esse limite foi estabelecido uma vez que o produtor teria tempo hábil de oferecer o suporte para o animal liquidar o ágio e obter teoricamente melhores negociações
