APLIKASI TINDAKAN AROMATERAPI LAVENDER TERHADAP KUALITAS TIDUR IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KARANGTENGAH KABUPATEN CIANJUR

Pregnancy is a natural process for a woman, starting from conception to the birth of the fetus with a time span of 280 (40 weeks or 9 months 7 days). In this study, there were pregnant women who had disturbed sleep patterns. The purpose of this research study is to understand and apply the action of Lavender Aromatherapy to Sleep Disorders in Third Trimester Pregnant Women. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and interviews. The results obtained by the client feel more relaxed and comfortable while sleeping. The conclusion of this study is that mothers feel more relaxed and comfortable while sleeping. This research is expected to help further writers and make reference materials in the writing process, by applying the action of Lavender Aromatherapy in overcoming sleep patterns in patients with sleep disorders
