APLIKASI TERAPI HIPNOSIS LIMA JARI TERHADAP KECEMASAN PADA KLIEN HIPERTENSI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS TANJUNGSARI KABUPATEN BOGOR

Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease that is often characterized without any complaints and is only known after complications occur. Blood pressure is said to be normal systolic > 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure > 90 mmHg or more. The purpose of this paper is to apply Five Finger Hypnosis Therapy to Anxiety in Hypertension patients at Puskesmas Tanjungsari Kabupaten Bogor. This writing methodology uses case studies with data collection techniques through interviews, literatures, notes and reports. The results showed that there was a decrease in anxiety from a score of 21 (moderate anxiety) to a score of 19 (mild anxiety). The conclusion is that five finger hypnosis therapy can reduce anxiety in hypertension cases. The writing suggestion is that it is hoped that non-pharmacological therapy with five finger hypnosis applications can be applied to reduce anxiety in patients with hypertension
