ABSTRACT This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance CV. Sejahtera Satwa Karya. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Sejahtera Satwa Karya. The sample in this study amounted to 45 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data.
