This study aims to determine and prove whether the variables work from home and worklife balance have an influence on the performance of service company employees in Palembang. The population used in this study were employees of service companies in the city of Palembang who had / were running work from home. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents in this study. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire instrument. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, coefficient of determination, t test, and multiple linear regression analysis.
