PENGARUH TIPE POLITICAL TIE TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN

The main purpose of this study is examining type of political ties influence to firm performance. Type political tie which used in this study are director’s political tie, commissioner’s political tie and business owner’s political tie. Firm performance measured by Return on Asset ratio. This study uses Agency Theory. The population are listed companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. This study use 317 sample consist of property, real estate and building construction’s company. Samples analyzed with ANOVA methods. The result showed that director’s political tie, commissioner’s political tie and business owner’s political tie don’t effect firm performance.
