This work is part of the study of radio broadcasting in Black Africa, and particularly the rural radio service and the programs (broadcasts) intended for the rural world. It is a double problematic that we ask ourselves: what does the radio say to the peasants? What do the farmers do with the radio? The hypothesis that guided our study is that "radio programs for the rural world" evolve much more according to the concept of development in general and rural development in particular than according to the concerns and lives of the farmers themselves.
