Flexoelectricity, which is induced by a strain gradient, is a mechanical-electrical effect that applies to all insulating or semiconducting materials. The work consisted of studying the flexoelectric response of various conjugated semiconductor polymers deposited in thin filmson flexible devices. In a first part, it was demonstrated for the first time in poly (3- hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and poly (3,4 ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) a flexoelectric response which turned out to be ten times greater than those observed in insulating polymers.
