Moissons conviviales. Chercher l’autonomie en collectif néo-paysan

International audienceWhy choose to set up an agricultural community and develop market gardening, livestock farming or crafts ? The leitmotiv of those who will be called "neo-peasants" here is the search for autonomy. Through the case study of the reinvestment of ancestral agricultural tools and the invention of alternative production techniques in the context of harvesting, I intend to demonstrate that the quest for emancipated and emancipatory work is at the basis of the libertarian projects of these agricultural collectives. By seeking to master the production techniques necessary for daily life, the individuals they meet are effectively seeking to increase their capacity for action in the world and to distance themselves from an ecologically devastating and profoundly inegalitarian mode of production. They seek, on the margins, to create spaces for reflection and experimentation of an alternative way of life to the wage relationship in a technico-capitalist context.Pourquoi faire le choix de s’installer en collectif agricole et d’y développer du maraîchage, de l’élevage ou de l’artisanat ? Le leitmotiv de celles et ceux qui seront ici appelés des « néo-paysans » est la recherche d’autonomie. Par l’étude de cas du réinvestissement d’outils agricoles ancestraux et de l’invention de techniques de production alternatives dans le cadre des moissons, j’entends démontrer que la quête d’un travail émancipé et émancipateur est à la base des projets libertaires de ces collectifs agricoles. En cherchant à maîtriser des techniques de production nécessaires à la vie quotidienne, les individus rencontrés cherchent effectivement à augmenter leur capacité d’action sur le monde et à marquer une distance vis-à-vis d’un mode de production dévastateur d’un point de vue écologique et profondément inégalitaire. Ils cherchent, dans les marges, à faire exister des espaces de réflexion et d’expérimentation d’un mode de vie alternatif au rapport salarial en contexte technico-capitaliste
