Design of SMART HOME using IOT and address issues in Personal Security

Recently, we are facing an extension of the standard IoT solution for SM@RT HOME. Recently, the SM@RT HOME concept has evolved from simple discrete home automation products to complex IoT systems for home monitoring, automation and security. Unfortunately, this rapid expansion has not been followed by a good set of standards, especially in the area of security and protection of the system itself. This white paper reviews and addresses several personal security issues and related challenges in digital forensics. Possible solutions are presented through the implementation of a risk management cycle augmented by digital forensic tools such as logging systems. Finally, the paper concludes that only proper awareness accompanied by comprehensive advanced security intelligence concepts can provide a high level of personal security in the SM@RT HOME environment
