Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) is a rare autosomal dominant vascular dysplasia characterized by epistaxis, mucocutaneous telangiectases, and arteriovenous malformations (AVM) in the visceral organs. The diagnosis of HHT is based on clinical Curaçao criteria, which show limited sensitivity in children and young patients.
