Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate ventricular-arterial coupling (VAC) across the spectrum of heart failure (HF). Background: VAC can be evaluated as the ratio between arterial stiffness (pulsed wave velocity [PWV]) and myocardial deformation (global longitudinal strain [GLS]).
