Background: In the context of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‐19) pandemic, liver‐directed therapies (LDTs) may offer minimally invasive integrative tools for tumor control. Among them, selective internal radiation therapy (SIRT) represents a safe, flexible and effective treatment.
